《心冤》将以近5年几宗极之轰动、香港人会记得的案件为重心，虽然是奇案的角度，但会用新的手法去拍，着重犯罪者及执法人员的心理。他强调这部剧很地道，是讲香港的故事。。故事以“商场、物业管理”为背景，探讨职场上女性“高管”大多成为剩女的原因。本剧以女性不婚为题材，讲述一对不懂撒娇，但能干强悍的堂姐妹凌敏（宣萱饰）、凌禹勤（唐诗咏饰）在职场上努力成为女强人，但情场上要面对来自中国大陆与台湾温柔又懂撒娇的同性强敌猛烈夹击，如何扭转单身终老命运的爱情故事。。Best friends and classmates Dave, Joe, and Danny put together a pop punk band, Summertime Dropouts. Seizing the opportunity to play at Warped Tour, the guys must prepare for the big day.
