碧生与碧琪为朝街私钟妹，感情甚笃，合称朝街双Big。因生欠下赌款，琪请其男友龙代出头，与西洋仔结怨，后琪被西洋仔掳走，生、龙为寻回琪，出生入死，渐生情愫，琪被救回后，发现生、龙关系，与生渐疏远。 另方面，生结识老差骨麦Sir，成为好友，麦Sir更对生存有父女间的情义。 麦Sir多次追捕龙，均被上司靓Sir阻止，原来龙乃卧底，直属于靓Sir，后靓Sir被西洋仔所杀，龙被麦Sir苦苦追缉，无从证实自己身份。 西洋仔因私窦被捣，掳走麦Sir儿子小杰，逼麦Sir替其杀死龙，危急中，困于麻袋中的生脱缚扑出，一个血人扑向西洋仔……。侠和会八王子支部に鳴り響く1本の電話。それは、侠和会組員が何者かに襲われて死亡したという訃報であった。事件を担当するのは、八曲署捜査一課の刑事・島（青柳翔）と若手の早見（藤原樹）。近頃頻発している未解決殺人事件の関連事件として捜査に奔走する。一方で、仲間の仇を討つため、警察よりも先にと、若頭の氷室（本宮泰風）と本部長の田村（山口祥行）を筆頭に、侠和会も犯人捜索を開始した。事件をきっかけに、交錯する警察と侠和会。そして深まる事件の謎。そこには、島と早見、そして侠和会を陥れる大きな組織が絡んでいた。。A lonely tow-truck driver gets caught in a deadly struggle between a pair of bank robbers with a beautiful hostage, local cops, and a monster that has come down from the Arizona mountains to eat human flesh.
