《男神厨房》每轮由三位艺人联同一位素人比拼厨艺，“餐厅管家”何广沛召集张敬轩、周柏豪等“男神”，为“Do姐”郑裕玲、王菀之与美女嘉宾呈献盛宴。除了依照Do姐口味，用指定食材炮制美馔之外，参赛男神还因应不同的情境题，配合出炉滋味，各出奇招抢分。他们亦会同上培训班，学习下厨技巧。节目请来名厨即席示范，另会传授美酒搭配佳肴的贴士。经过连番较量，一名参赛者先被淘汰，剩下三位男神再以拿手菜式，合演决胜火并！ 这是一个结合fine dining、煮食游戏、男女配对及真人骚的综艺节目，几位男神将会接受以下挑战： Do姐的味道几位男神到街市购买指定食材，并根据Do姐的口味，煮出一餐fine dining，发挥男神魅力，约会美女团用餐；美女团需要猜出哪位是“处男厨神”。 情境考验设定餐桌上的不同情境，考验男神的应变能力，例如：另一半遇上生理期应该准备什么食物、怀孕...。Set immediately after the London bombings in 2005, the series will focus on the manhunt for a group of would-be terrorists and the tragic killing of the innocent Brazillian, after he was mistaken as a suspect.
